Tamaki College School Ball

Tamaki College School Ball was held Sorrento in the Park, Cornwall Park in Auckland. Hosted by Events on Show the school ball theme this year was Hollywood and the students dressed to impress.

Firstly students arrived in style with lots of proud parents seeing them off. They then walked down the red carpet into a red and black decked out room. Secondly, they enjoyed a buffet dinner with plenty of selfies with friends. Then it was time for DJ4 YOU to crank the music and lights to get the party started! Between dancing and selfies, ball goers could visit me at The Hollywood sign. This was a perfect backdrop for photos where the students enjoyed lots of large group photos with friends or cute couple photos.
It was such a fantastic night and above all, the most noteworthy part of the evening was the student’s prepared dance. So much fun to watch and capture.

I have been working with Tamaki College and Events on Show for the last few years for their school balls. So it was awesome to have the opportunity to photograph Tamaki College 60th Jubilee. Over 2 nights the school hosted a reunion evening and then a quiz evening. It was so lovely to see such a strong history flowing through the school. Check it out!
